Tethering with AT&T and iPhone FW 3.0 over 3G speed

I took me about 2 hours to find out all the steps but I got it finally and it works.

Below is how.

1. Uninstall your current iTunes.
2. Download, install and start iTunes version 8.2.0.10 from here.
4. Download ATT_US.ipcc
5. Go to the iPhone summary page and press Shift+the Update button at the same time.
6. Choose ATT_US.ipcc file and click OK.
